Returns and exchanges
1. Filtrocappa's returns policy allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the purchased item, without having to specify a reason, up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery. If the item you return complies fully with this returns policy, you will be entitled to a full refund. 2. Pack the goods properly in the original packaging in a way that ensures that both the item and its packaging can be returned safely and cannot be damaged during transport.
3. Write your NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS, and ORDER NUMBER on the outside of the package and send it to the following address: Sintesi snc - Via del lavoro, 14 - 31013 Cimavilla di Codognè (TV) Italy
4. Send the package by post or courier as you prefer; you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. When we receive your returned item, we’ll check it carefully to ensure it meets our conditions for returned items.
6. Once we’ve inspected and approved the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receipt. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS: To return an item, it must be returned in perfect condition, in the original box and/or bags, including all labels and everything that was included in the original packaging. In other words, it must be in the same state as it was at the time of purchase.
We always check all our products carefully before packing them.
However, if upon receipt you find a defect, please notify us as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receiving the package.

If you need to return an item because it’s faulty, you can choose to receive an identical item (subject to availability) or a refund.
All shipping costs for both the returned item and the replacement item will be borne by FiltroCappa.it
Please note that once we receive the faulty goods, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that they meet our conditions for returning faulty goods.
If an item received is damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please include the order reference number and, if possible, also photos. Our customer service will provide you with assistance to resolve the problem swiftly.
