How to make a return

1. Filtrocappa's returns policy allows you to rethink your purchase and return the purchased item, without having to specify the reason, up to the end of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery. If you return the item in compliance, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price of the purchased product that is returned (shipping costs are excluded). 2. Adequately pack the goods in the original packaging to ensure the integrity of both the product and the packaging, so that the product cannot be damaged during transport.

4. Send the package via post or courier according to your preferences; Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

5. Once the return has been received, the products will be subjected to a thorough check to ensure they satisfy the return conditions.

6. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, once the inspection has been passed, the refund will be issued.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS: To proceed with the return, the products must be in perfect condition, with their original box and/or bags, labels and everything that was included in the original packaging. They must therefore be in the same state of purchase.

If the product is defective

It is our responsibility to always carefully check all products before packing them. However, if you find a defect in the product you have just purchased, we recommend that you notify us as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days of receiving the package.

If the product is damaged
